I'm guessing that's not allowed given the Chicago 60 day rule - we told them about the first increase within 60 days but now we're past that deadline (unless the rule means you have to tell them the amount increased but not that you have to specify the amount).

I can tell you there is no greater stress than finding your tenant, signing a lease and then things taking longer than anticipated and you trying to get something ready on a deadline when you really need more time after you run into problems.It is tempting to want to do this but I will never start advertising till everything is perfect and ready to go and I can take good pictures.I have had to over on work on a house till 2AM trying to get it ready for the next day.
