Hi Everyone, I am an aspiring real estate investor looking to network and learn.

My aspirations are to buy another multi-family house by the summer of 2016 and continue purchasing houses 1 per year.

I'm also an aspiring investor & I'm an agent as well.

I am an (aspiring) buy-and-hold real estate investor, and I'm most interested in the snowball effect of growing a portfolio of cash-flowing properties. 

We also have many more tenants that working full time jobs, going to school, and have aspirations of not being on the program forever.  

While my intentions are to do the  aforementioned,  i also hope to accommodate as many longer term renters that are aspiring to to make my house(s) their "home.

I usually rent to aspiring home owners and by renting M2M, this gives them the easy opportunity to move quickly if they find something they need to act upon.For me, if they can't pay rent and I have to evict them, likely I'm not going to get any satisfaction for the rest of my lease agreement, anyway. 

I am now aspiring to engage in social entrepreneurship, so my business needs to make a profit, but also needs to have a positive impact on employees, contractors and customers/ tenants.

Most of us here have bigger aspirations for putting our money towards other investments, which aligns perfectly with the strategy because the money you put in can come right back out when the opportunity knocks.
