I've had conversations with others who've boarded up their properties only to come the next morning and find the wood yanked right off the front.

With the child grown and gone, it's now my turn to look toward my own dream.I've been "lurking" on this site for about a month, and I am really impressed, not only with the site, but with the members.

I have grown up in my Columbus and everyone knows the area for being very rich.

If you will look at some other small startups that have already grown 10 million plus dollar portfolios, it was headed from a Frank and Dave bootcamp.  

This year I have aggressively grown my real estate portfolio and I now own 8 units which are being rented out.  

I agree with @David Wissler his account of Dave Ramsey, and he seems to be a pretty smart guy from how he has grown his business from where he was (at the bottom financially) to becoming a multimillionaire.

I feel I could create a couple of posts purely from this one deal, but overall, I do feel as though we are having to yank the disclosure information from the seller and their agent.

I don't mean that in a bad way, my business has grown exponentially as a result of investors placing their trust in me.

Last purchase (which is going to end up being our house) was through a former neighbor who lives across the street and the owner passed, and the grown daughter was cleaning it out on the weekends.Not a direct route, but a friend of mine owns a vintage furniture store.
