@Shaun Reilly - you don't need to get a separate W9 for each entity you control; the W9 allows for the recipient of the W9 to be left blank.

Back to the original deal...you stared that you bought the property subject 2.

Couple of reasons:1) My interest hinges on the assumption that starting with a blank canvas and creating the perfect consumer product can optimize your revenue per square foot in a way that offsets high building costs.

I know the cashflow on the property is not the greatest that it could be, but once it is rented out, it will still save me a lot of money that I can take towards another deal.Thank you, I was not feeling too proud of myself, I was sitting there staring at things thinking "what have I done?"

My BS Meter just blew up, and I only got half way through that, geeezs, can't even say because I know what it was, but it's a great path to jail with a few of those blank implications. 

And where do you guys get a blank lease form , that you could type your terms in?

You just need to learn how money works within the rules of REI and the math behind it, train your brain to know what to look for, and your eyes to see it when you're staring right at it.
