@Aaron Hunt I attended a rod kleif multi family investing weekend and he talked a lot about more money won’t make life easier or a person happier.

This website and the podcasts created here are your friend, as are Real Estate Guys Radio, best ever real estate Show, and Rod Khleiff are all great podcasts as well. 

So everything in the house was new from windows, to curtains, curtain rods, appliances (a couple we never used) granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinets (beech wood - very hard wood)  fancy backsplash, doors, HIGH END custom trim, flooring the 33 cubic yards of concrete for patio/driveway etc.  

Feel like my head is spinning a million places.

Hi Antoine and Rod,I hope I'm doing this right as I'm new to this technology thing.  

I'm 35, have had a couple businesses, and depending on how you want to spin it, have either had a successful life or have F*cked up spectacularly.  

You have got my wheels spinning and I added posting 5 times per week to my goals sheet.

I kinda have come to the conclusion that in the real estate game, its the buy that makes you money (everyone says this common saying), but you get to keep playing the game if you dont push all of your chips on the table on any spin of the roulette wheel.
