I think going to seminars is fine, but to be honest I would only recommend the ones where the person whose name is on the front is doing the speaking.

To be honest, I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for at an insurance company.

I know what I don't know.In all honesty, I want to flip, buy and hold, wholesale, etc.

Because you have to go through a RE agent in order to place a formal bid on a foreclosure, you’re reliant on the RE agent’s sense of morality, honesty and work ethic.

As I look at those that are most successful in life…not just in terms of money but relationships, personal growth, and general trajectory of their life it seems that they have this unshakable belief that what they want to accomplish will happen.If I'm being completely honest I seem to ride the waves of life…sometimes having absolute faith and then other times not having any at all.
