Hello fellow real estate fans.  I am glad to find this site.

My name is Scott Gray.  I will upgrade soon and add a picture as well. 

I am in my late 50s ( I consider this young btw ).  Father of 2, grandfather of 2.   Working in HR, benefits and insurance for more than 35 years.  

I am looking to gain knowledge and expand my experience level by exchanging ideas on this site.  I know what I don't know.

In all honesty, I want to flip, buy and hold, wholesale, etc.  I want some of everything.  Why not?

Anyone else nearby?... let's have a cup of coffee or lunch one day.
