However, as an investor, it’s nice just to have 1 roof, 1 electric bill, 1 water bill. 1 place where the cleaner can put all their cleaning and restocking supplies to service all 3 units.

Zero issues.Just fine a great cleaner and handyperson should cover everything just fine!

Never have to communicate with guests, cleaners, handymen, etc.

I set it up as a STR and tried to rely on a handy-man for any issues that popped up and had things set up with my house cleaner.

However, I think the route that is best for each individual will depend on your goals and your personality type.I don’t want to have to respond to guest inquiries and coordinate cleaners, I just don’t.

But for anyone looking to avoid this I would either self-manage or find a good cleaner that manages as well.

I spent nine hours today interviewing cleaners and managers and am so far most impressed with the one hour I spent talking to an EVOLVE representative over the phone.
