The only exception(s) under which a bank may refuse service is if you have committed a crime against any bank or are found to have presented false identification to secure the bank account.

Brentwood you can sometimes find a good brick duplex that hits around the 1% rule but then their absurdly high taxes tend to wipe that out pretty quick.

It provides buyers with a false sense of security. 

The issue is that I bought a property that was falsely advertised and now I am watching my wonderful numbers slide into more dismal territory.  

According to you again there was excess wear and tear on the property than what is customary for the time frame that they rented it.So they are making false claims in writing trying to bolster their position in getting security deposit back from what you are saying.The key question is how much time and money do you want to throw at this or do you just want them out and move on??
