@Robert-Lee PassPueblo West is super popular, especially with out-of-state retirees looking for a more affordable western destination.

I'm very interested in the South Western area of Montana.

The only draw back is they only have the info for western states - CA, NV, AZ, WA and OR.

That green box I believe is where Case Western Reserve University & a number of museums are located (tough to tell on the picture).  

We have absolutely no access to that sort of low-priced window work here in western Pennsylvania.It's worth nothing that J Scott's books on flipping and estimating regabs come out of his experiences doing lipstick flips on 90's-built SFR in the Atlanta area only twenty or so years later.
