Property Inspection Ap/ Software

What are some property inspection aps / software investors and property management companies are using in their businesses? I am considering HappyInspector (happyco) which integrates with the PM platform we are using. But I am curious if there are any others that should be considered. Have you or your company benefited from using an inspection program? Has it improved your efficiencies? Any success stories that made or saved you/ your company money? Has the services more than paid for itself in time and in actual dollars?
