Do you guys ever send surveys to your tenants to make sure that maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner by your PM?

I am contemplating doing an elevation survey and possibly a LOMA since the flood zone starts in the middle of the street --literally about 10-15 yards from the front door.

The title is clear, probably because no one has done a survey recently.

I could run a Costar survey to give you a sense of what the market conditions are for lease and for sale. 

Keep in mind it says "Desmond and Wilmers make use of two key sources of data: a large-scale national survey of rental properties, and a detailed set of surveys of renters and rental properties in Milwaukee."

Would be helpful if you had a survey of entire area or even rough drawing on google maps.

I downloaded the information from their ACS 5-Year survey.

Am just surveying all options while avoiding venom and vitriol for asking questions haha
