In the meanwhile, areas like Atlanta, GA or Jacksonville, FL have excellent stability and solid rent-to-value ratios that make them much more attractive to me since the cash on cash return is higher due to lower property prices in general so less down payment is required.

Then there's the one in Jacksonville, Fl in escrow 3mos until it was canceled do to Premium Title's Underwriter not being able to issue Title insurance because of a foreclosure notification proof of mailing not on file.

I have 8 SFH in Jacksonville Florida and looking for any lender that would do a portfolio loan on all of them with no success.

I'm not sure what meet up is, but I just typed in network meetings in Jacksonville, FL and plenty of stuff came.

Hello All,Looking for commercial inspector recommendations for multi-family property inspection...Appreciate any recommendations in Jacksonville, FL or near by area.Lender's team would inspect the property to generate their appraisal and environmental reports...Does it make sense to have my own inspector focus more on structural / engineering report and check few sample units (assuming inspecting every unit may not be possible on a 100unit building) for problem areas?
