I always tell people it's your Money, your always right, even if you're wrong.

If they make a fantastic return, either your figures are wrong, or they need to pay you more. 

The landlord was wanting to put on bluetooth or wifi keypads, but then I said you have to change batteries, they wouldnt know how to or if the wifi/bluetooth or their phone messed up- there are SO many things that could go wrong.

I'm in a different area, but I just paid a plumber ~$200 an hour to do some work....clearly I am in the wrong profession, but I know equipment and skills are needed. 

I offer to return half because the buyer the one who has wronged me but I dont need to fight over a few grand so half is fine both partys are unhappy but we move on.  

I think people who dream of never working are blinded by working the wrong job or a job they hate.

Wrong move. 

They just took the deposits and I guess were thinking it will work out somehow.. but 3 years that means something is very wrong..

IF you want to run a business, nothing wrong with that.
