Lots of people move as soon as the kids are out of the house. 

The people who fail in real estate do not want to go through the troubles.There were lot incidents like evicting tenants due to non-payment, talk to contractors over the phone for two straight hours during travelling, handling neighbors complaints about noise to name a few.

I am looking forward to meeting people from different aspects of the Real Estate Investing world.

I believe many people in this forum have never bought a tax lien certificate at an auction.
