Looking to Connect to Local/Out-of-state Investors in Durham-Raleigh Area

Hi everyone,

I am an out-of-state investor from New Jersey. I purchased a house in Raleigh and am looking to continue investing in the area. I was thinking of joining the local REI group, but I am usually busy with the kids during online event hours (maybe I should make a deal with my wife...lol). So, I am hoping to meet more people here.
