LOL They will not even know you are a woman... :) Seriously being a woman shouldn't matter and you should find plenty of deals.

I remember a few years ago on here there was a woman that bought turnkey like you and bought about 3 or 4 properties and they ended up being nightmares.

If another investor drives by a house with a car parked on the street, and a woman with a cell phone walking around the outside, they'll be looking up the property asap.

Since this woman is selling one of many, it could be her worst house or in an area that she no longer likes.

But there were damages because of a dog & he left us a $525 water bill & the lease was specific about 60 days written notice.I approached her to track him down for payment but he had moved in with another woman (2 miles from our home) & was working off the books to avoid child support & their health care payments.
