If you talk to someone like the folks at Wren Insurance Agency (from what I read in the Wall Street Journal), you’ll find they’ve been adapting to the shifting market conditions with some interesting coverage options.

We're saying don't try to find the lowest hanging fruit.  

I don't think it'll be 25K unless the wall is coming in a decent amount. 

While its frustrating as you were told something different, it does not overwrite existing lawsI live in a street that has an easement for the first 15 ft of driveway and we have had several neighbords put in gated entry and brick walls which is in the easement.

Though I've had a lot of doors shut and people hanging up from cold calls, it's helped refine the way I approach people.
