I would imagine that they will sand the floor and blend it in with stain,.This issue is the most concerning , the other big ticket item is the missing vapor retarder in the crawlspace under the house.

The crawl space also would likely need a vapor barrier installed which should help the issue.

I spell it out in the lease that it doesn't matter what type of instrument or consumable you use, it is not allowed if smoke or vapor of any kind emanates from it.

Smoking shall consist of but not be limited to: Tobacco, marijuana, cannabis, anything vaporized, and any illegal substances.2.No recreational or medical marijuana may be grown or consumed on the Premises by the TENANT(S) or guest(s) without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD.3.TENANT agrees to use direct deposit of rent every month to LANDLORD.4.LANDLORD permits the use of parking space #### aka ### to the TENANT(S). 5.LANDLORD permits the use of storage unit ### to the TENANT(S).

Even if you put down a good concrete sealer/vapor barrier you run the risk of getting moisture up under the flooring. 

Cause we can stand up lol 😂 Wrap any piers and walls inside in 10 mil white plastic vapor barrier.

The estimate I have is for $3000 to rip out all the old crawlspace insulation, take care of the mold, replace the insulation and add a vapor barrier and two fans to increase the circulation.

They would allow the dog access to the crawlspace. the pet took the vapor barrier as a toy.

The PSI may not be adequate, steel size and pattern wrong, there will be no vapor barrier, etc....At least I never saw one work.
