I wouldn't count on skyrocketing appreciation in a high rise but if the numbers work or you could see yourself living there at any stage in the future maybe not a bad investment.

This tends to be the best return you can get in UT if you are in a life stage to be able to do it. 2. buy a decent single family home that already has a basement entrance and add a kitchen to make it an ADU.
