These figures are even higher than those that were used by unscrupulous local developers, master brokers and local real estate agents a few years ago to lure unsuspected foreign buyers.

And there are agents out there will to help with the language.

.- Working a W2 as a firefighter, posting and consuming content- Leaving my W2 to dive deep into real estate investing and working as an agent... and still watching/posting content all while business was ok - Deleting social media apps (one have one on my phone that I use 10 minutes or less a day), diving deep into building my business and skills which have drastically increased due to pure focus and increasing my business significantly- moral of the story... focus on the things you need to do in business (dollar productive activities) and life experiences while reducing consumption will increase your success

Or did we miss the part were your agent did put together the mutual release and send it to the listing agent ? 

I drop them and use a competent local RE agent, who did a great job.   

I would suggest giving it up and just hire an agent when you are ready to transact in the future.

Many real estate agents dabble in property management without fully understanding the complexities involved, making it risky to work with them.
