speaking of making safer.I looked at an REO a few months ago that had this wrought iron railing around the porch but no handrail for the two steps leading up to it.to "make it safe" whoever the bank hired took two pieces of a 2 X 4 about 8 inches long each and nailed them together in a triangle wedge shape.

Personally, I’d consider almost any city in North Carolina with a particular emphasis on the Raleigh-Durham-Cary triangle.

There's a great investors group in the area called Triangle Real Estate Investors Association.

There is no belle curve, just a right triangle

Hi Scott, My attorney is a local member of the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA).

There are pockets and small multi family spread out throughout the triangle.

@Neil Schoepp There are lots of great reasons to live in the Triangle area of NC, most of which you have already uncovered.  

I have been searching homes in the NC triangle area but I see most town homes have a pretty high HOA fee.
