This is a big indicator as there are a few areas where 350k MFH don’t have much traffic, it’s just not the hot & booming areas.

We have a small lull in September which gives way to our leaf season traffic, which is very busy and we are able to command higher prices through the end of October.  

There are also several rural towns within about twenty miles so there is a decent amount of economic traffic from those towns. 

This would allow you to say I own this, which does bla, bla, and bla.From an SEO perspective you could try content marketing your holdings company and segregate the traffic from there.

Oil companies may also have a tie in with the equipment lease.The absolute best situation is to own the real estate, own the operating business, own the equipment, and have no long term contract with any gasoline provider, in a heavily trafficed location with no direct competition, and a high volume dealership.  

I'm excited to see how much traffic it provides.

In retrospect that was a terrible financial decision, but oh, well.My next job was across town from my house which was a reasonable commute a long time ago, but quickly traffic became too much, and I decided I needed a closer place.

Found the seller (rather, the seller found me) through online marketing (paid traffic).

I'm guessing the demand is there but personally it seems that the area might become quite "saturated" with units and dense (traffic) if things keep going this way.We've always had solid demand for our SFH, as we find people who don't want someone on the other side of the wall.    

I noticed Buda is getting more traffic than east Buda.
