Regardless, I thought I would throw this out there in case I'm missing any potential routes. 

Lets shoot for $90k down, $150k gross per year, adjust for your COC calcs, once you throw in expenses, Debt/Interest.  

At least that was my interpretation after reading a few pages of the complaint but attorneys tend to throw everything at these things hoping something will stick.  

With no equity and negative cash flow from the get-go, I'd say if you want a hole to throw money into, get yourself a nice boat.

They are throwing money propositions out to get votes and I don't see data and that likely because they haven't been super successful.What is seriously needed is to consolidate and simplify government which will not happen.

Have cameras so you can prove who throws beer bottles and chairs in the pool. 

We constantly get offers for lines of credit but I always throw them away.

But there are interesting fun vibes here at BP when specific people interact, I can even predict what they're going to say and what these two folks going to debate ;-) , the forum is like a fruit market, where everyone is throwing their opinion and then for an answer that you're looking for, you write down that answer in your brain.
