I'd have to agree with @Peter Stewart on MFC - it seems to be absolutely thriving. 

It's like a blackhole - once it's starts it's nearly impossible for these places to reverse the trends - a few places in KS have gotten better - Dodge City, Garden City, Hays - they hang on and are relatively "progressive" (I use that term loosely) compared to their other rural neighboring cities) and have found a way to survive and somewhat thrive in today's society.  

I thrive on constructive criticism.So I have motivated seller who lists his purchase price at $99,000 and the home is in need of $50,000 worth of repairs.

As a general rule if it's a thriving and growing school there will be demand for housing but it's a very different business model especially for undergrad vs grad students and year round.

Your source for lead generation is vital for any business that thrives on leads.  

But well located strip center s with service oriented tenants are thriving.
