Apparently the aluminum siding was considerably thicker and more damage resistant and the coating that provided the color and graining to the panels was more costly and had a longer lifespan.The FTC lost that case.

I used the paint sprayer for the base coat and then hand painted two highlight colors on the face of each stone.

Have them paint the entryway or at least open a can of paint in the coat closet near the front door.

 I'm fresher than a wet coat of paint in real estate.

The bedrooms need the carpet removed and the hardwoods redone allong with a fresh coat of pain.Also im wondering if i could put a room in the basement and rent out the three bedrooms.

It is an epoxy coating that looks like the original, but is far less durable.
