It's been awhile since my intro post, over three years, but I am back and getting truly energized about the possibilities available for BRRRR investing to those willing to do the homework.I have been busy educating myself as much as possible lately.

I’d Study under a garbage man or pest control guy or better yet a therapist / counselor

As a therapist, I can tell you that a scarcity mindset doesn't really stem from laziness but it often stems from fear that is supported by negative beliefs about money and people who have money.  

They related that he is currently under therapy and his therapist has recommended that an emotional support animal may be helpful.

A friend who's a home based therapist seeing clients at her home would love to have her living quarters on a different floor.

You have the tourist game, but don't forget hospitals and traveling nurses.My sister works at Cape Cod Hospital and talks about all the traveling nurses and therapist that come through.

I use to live in one unit out when I was a traveling therapist.

I live in Miami most of the people in Miami work service jobs most of the people in Miami make under $20 an hour and I guarantee you that when the economy turns down the waiters the waitresses the cleaning ladies the bartenders the massage therapist the yoga teachers all suffer and a lot of them lose their housing

and building relationships with them, learning that most of being an agent is actually being a shrink/couple's therapist, and generally not making very much money at all before I figured it out. 

They are more than your average transactional real estate agents, they are a team of therapists.
