As someone else mentioned, you don't actually have to have a CAC or DD-214 to use those, so you might get civilians looking.

but when your whole business model is to do direct mail or other marketing to get folks to sign contracts and you basically never close and then you send out direct e mail solicitations just like a realtor showing address bd bath sq ft what work needs to be done ARV basically a valuation to the public or post on BP market place or craigslist.. that to them is a scheme to circumvent the license laws.. not my laws and not my words this was what thy told me.. and she had 3 files she got from title companies and had me walk through them with her and show her on the huds and in the date downs how these transactions happened..
