We ad a 10% late charge if the rent is not received by the 10th of the month which in CT is when rent is considered "late"

Then, a DA would have to bring charges.

Plus, so many people are moving to Canyon County out of Ada County due to affordability.Do you think I’m barking up the wrong tree?  

They could sue you because your house isn't ADA compliant Now how do you think I know this?

I tell them the qualifications before a showing (yes, they are in the ad as well), and they say; “ummm...I’ll get back to you on when I want to see it”.

Hello everyone,So my commercial tenant is going to court with one of those ADA compliance warriors and it hasn't been completed yet, but I was wondering if it's ruled against my tenant, is it a tenant responsibility or a landlord responsibility to bring it up to compliance?

Well a ESA is not covered by the ADA so you should be good.

@Todd Powell, you should probably consult an attorney, but my understanding is that emotional support animals are not covered by either the ADA or Oregon State Law.
