I would love someone who is an active real estate investor and is trained in tax strategy (not a requirement but the more first hand knowledge the better) Anyone got any recommendations for me?

Institute additional phishing attempt trainings with your IT group.Increase Cybersecurity: Ensure your software and safety protocols are up-to-date.

Offer to sit open houses for agents (you can do this through your state Workplace group), attend eXp’s virtual and live training & networking events and of course work with your Mentor who should be able to best guide you.  

What is astounding to me is the ready acceptance by the people purchasing these guru programs that with only the guru training they’ll be able to make tons of cash by identifying and tying up all these 40% + discount deals that all of us with the experience, education and capital have somehow missed.  

We don't actively seek talent from other brokerages and instead focus on training individuals from scratch.

If there are hiccups along the way, such as a long vacancy, my staff is trained to call or email the landlord with updates (weekly is the default, but some landlords don't want that).A five-month vacancy cost you $7,000 in lost income, plus utilities, landscaping, and other expenses.

A fairly reliable wholesaler who buys across the country, and spends $100,000 a month on advertising, also trains people to be wholesalers.

It would be like being trained by a neighbor on dog walking and them giving you a piece of paper calling you a certified dog walker. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

I'm still learning how to use the DealAutomator and it took quite awhile to watch all the training videos.
