What about time spent seeking investor as syndication sponsor?

Like owning stock.Leave the "doors" at the guru or sponsors "door".

You may very well need to start vetting a co-sponsor who has a history of completing 77 doors in the last 36 months.

So step 1 is figure out what you want to invest inStep 2 is to grill the sponsor on questions.

If she is working at that company she cannot take it out. she potentially could get a loan but that would be a question for the plan sponsor.

My favorite sponsor is vertically integrated and local their portfolio.I also agree that historic levels (40-year highs) of inflation, interest rate increases, and government intervention is/are clear black swan events.
