That said, when anybody overloads themselves, they typically are going to spin their wheels and not go anywhere.

You also can watch the meter to see if it spins when all fixtures are not in use.

With all water off make sure the meter isn’t spinning. if it’s not I don’t understand the theft but I understand their reasoning. if they are “with the times” they can tell you the last time the meter stopped spinning. if it is still spinning with no water being used.

Still working to get my ducks in a row but almost feel like I'm spinning my wheels in the mud at this time.

This started the whole mathematical wheels spinning on how to gauge the success.

Make sure it is how you WANT to be spending your time before your haul off and fully spin up on the project.
