It's a good sized house (3000 sf) for the number of bedrooms (4), especially since it doesn't waste space on hallways and things like that. 

The local governments and utility companies will address all public space clean up's. 

Thing is…most of them wait for marriage - need more space, want a two-bedroom etc…
