Hello,My name is Richard Shall, 23, recent UC Santa Cruz graduate and currently live around the Berkeley area.I have recently been doing a lot of thinking and soul searching for a career path that would be more "life fulfilling" to say the least and Real Estate has peaked my interest.

The tax authorities, bless their souls for this, are a bit slow and this change-of-hands usually isn't reflected for a few months. 

I think not a single soul on the planet would be shocked by the failure of big box retail property owners, either now or in the near future.

It does not bounce from airplane seat to the next seat, to the next, often on some poor soul that does not want a dog sitting on him/her. 

Bless your soul if you happen to be doing all 3 at the same time.

@Del Crockett The foundations can have more issues where we have clay soul.

I'd like to make at least as much as I do now. 14 years teaching impoverished youth has been amazing, but it's hard on the body and soul.

Now that I've had some time to think after my job loss I can see that I was just wanting to use this as an excuse to jump into what I want to do and out of my soul crushing 9-5. 

Tell every living soul what you want to do and keep at it!

In the end the decision is yours so I think you have some soul searching to do.
