The prospective tenants that inquire through there are a hot mess. 98% of them don't read the ad...they simply see the beds/baths, price per month and they click on a link so if you don't want smokers/animals/pets...you will spend 90% of your time telling them what is already in the ad.CL is certainly better.Also google websites that cater to traveling nurses, etc.Good luck

People are dumb in what they post I’ve seen drug use smokers saying they don’t smoke with pictures of it in the house and seen series of posts that make me wonder if they are even stable.

Also, the tenant was a smoker for 15 years so I want to focus on removing the smell before brining new items into the house (any tips on this is appreciated).Maybe I'm biting off more than I can chew, but I would like to accomplish as much as possible on my own in the first 8 weeks.Thank you in advance for any feedback.
