All I do though is just find leads through propwire, download them and skip trace them, give em a call and see if they're interested in a cash offer and if they are, just move them down the ladder to the next guy.

However, I am also hearing that you can do things like contacting property owners via cold calling, skip tracing ,etc to find properties.
