Hello BP Community, Can someone share their experience or guidance on how to get a rental property certified for Section 8 in Detroit? 

Also looking to connect with local investors throughout the Lehigh Valley to learn, share our experiences, and partner up.

I have an idea of an initial investment and returns I would like to hit, but would love to speak with those of actual experience to see if my numbers are realistic.

My experience was mostly doing SFH/Duplex/Triplex etc. and had experience in larger multifam.
