we can do it not rented but rate will be significantly higher. easier and more cost effective to rent it. unless the bridge money needs to be paid back asap or you need the funds back to buy more, then a cost analysis needs to be done. personally id get it rented at market rent or a touch below if time is a factor.

The money they did get is not enough for this and the remaining amount is what is being divided amongst the owners of the condos.It's not related to maintenance on just our condo.Would the loss assessment should still cover such situation?

My last deal was my first off market deal and when I contacted the sellers wife about the deposits she said that that was a given as part of a multi family sale and they’d write me a check at the closing as I requested because money was tight and I didn’t want a credit where I’d have to come up with the funds out of pocket later.
