I’ve been scouring their knowledge articles and don’t see any info on their field names.

If I’m the one scouring the MLS, bringing forward the offers, sometimes seeing the houses (without my agent), and crunching the return numbers. what should they be doing for me?

I've scoured the tax roles for some small success.  

Houses around here are 700-1M for three bedrooms that rent out at 900-1000/bedroom.I appreciate the input and will keep scouring for a deal close to home...worried to go out of state without a partner or mentor.

I have been networking, meeting with realtors and a wholesaler here and there,doing countless hours of drive by's and mail outs and scouring the MLS every minute it seems.  

They're already here reading posts, scouring the marketplace, and contributing experience.

As I'm  scouring the MLS for deals, I don't know the springs area well enough to know the good/bad neighborhoods, school districts, etc.

Like many of my fellow newbie investors I scoured the internet trying to find whatever information I could on REI and I just so happened to see a link to a BP podcast on YouTube.

Knowing full well that most foreclosed properties will need some kind of work, inspectors are scouring the neighborhoods keeping an eye out for any activity on these foreclosures and imposing permit requirements for the tiniest little things now.
