I'm filing a complaint with the NC Real Estate Commission, but I'm also spreading the word as far and wide as possible, to prevent other unsuspecting landlords from falling pray to her unethical, unprofessional business practices.

As long as there's transparency AND nothing that worries your prospective guests (e.g. scam potential: think same photos, same calendar, different license #, different contact info, etc.), you should be good.

Overall wholesalers are not held to any standard so you need to be careful and engage an attorney or realtor to ensure you're not getting scammed.
