id=236so it would depend how long "immediately" is and if there is time to get it from the orginal person's name, submit the application to move to your name, get that approved and then submitt to get it in the next persons name,

I was around during the 80's when robots were going to take everyone's job in 5 years.

If building doesn't have an issues have your architect make a planning department submittal and submit right away.

But we are human and not robots without emotion so I don't think truely that emotion isn't removed out of that equation. 

Had I waited I would have missed the submittal deadline. 

Negotiations, deal-finding, financing, tenant placement, maintenance, you name it - until we have robots that can do plumbing, electrical, property maintenance and listen to your tenants ***** about the noisy neighbors, a people-person will beat a systems person all day long when you are starting out.  

As far as the city is concerned ask:What contractors can pull their own permits (called deferred submittals) electrical, mechanical, plumbing?
