My expertise spans residential construction, and I recently started my own virtual residential construction consulting business to share my knowledge and help others succeed in the industry.I’ve successfully flipped multiple homes and am now looking to expand my investments in long-term rental properties.

However, it does demand solid digital marketing expertise to see positive results.

I'm opening my second home and find them extremely rewarding but think I may stop at these two because I am extremely involved in them and am spreading myself too thin I think. 

It seemed like a potential way to expand into markets outside my personal reach using local expertise.

More risk = more reward.  

It's been a really rewarding journey so far.

If they can't/won't pay the increase, reward them with an extra 30 days to move.

The project seems to be too much risk for too little reward.

I do not desire to reward tenants for poor behavior.I explain the consequences of an eviction to the tenant.

It’s a manageable and rewarding way to build something on the side—and down the road, who knows?
