My name is BJ, and I’m excited to connect with fellow investors and professionals here. I’m a construction manager with years of experience working on rental properties and flipping homes. My expertise spans residential construction, and I recently started my own virtual residential construction consulting business to share my knowledge and help others succeed in the industry.

I’ve successfully flipped multiple homes and am now looking to expand my investments in long-term rental properties. Right now, I’m particularly interested in the rental market for potential investment opportunities, as I’ve noticed some promising trends in the South Eastern Region.
