To get over your fear and perfect your craft TAKES REPETITION!

This is my 1st post here to BP so forgive me if it is repetitive.

Good work. 200 is a decent amount.From what I'm reading/hearing, unless you get lucky, you'll need to be mailing those leads repetitively before your percentages of calls goes up.

With practice and repetition, I feel I could do  well with the kitchen table negotiations.

IF you plan at going part time, it is hard to jump in because of the lack of work and repetition and how easy it is to forget everything.

(Of course the angle of the photograph doesn't do it justice either because it just looks like a red carpet into the garage.)And just FYI,  repetition is another universal design principle.  

I know some are repetitive.

If I understand the question correctly, you realized you made it to real estate - when you get  "the confidence" that you have the ability to deal with any real estate challenge (tied to the methodology you are working on such as - Flips, rental or wholesale, etc) ,though every challenge is unique and never encountered before.It's like any job that is not exactly repetitive but similar methodology, right ? 

It appears that the "real estate goals" section of my profile on the app repeated the same words twice (I definitely typed it once), yet on the website the same section appears fine.Can anyone please help with a way to edit this or is Bigger Pockets able to remedy this issue of repetition?
