Nothing is worse than a Mentor putting energy, time, and effort into a mentee who is just not reciprocating those things.i've mentored folks in my field for a long time and there are never a shortage of well intentioned individuals who just didn't invest as much as I did so I had to sever a few relationships.  

As long as you are bringing them business they will reciprocate with helping you find good properties.

I believe in the law of reciprocity, and will always try to bring value to the table.

It doesn't seem PA has reciprocity with FL.

I have two questions when looking at the reciprocity requirements (3rd option, since I've had my license for less than two years).1.

Some folks may reciprocate and ask you the same question, and that is the opportunity to share your passion for real estate investing and what you are doing.It's a fine line, as you don't want to seem like you are pitching because that is a huge turnoff.
