License to Originate Commercial Loan

Hello to the BP community!

To be as concise as possible, I'm a mortgage broker (MLO) that mainly does Hard Money Lending through my network of Private Individuals in Tampa, FL. An opportunity arose to do a fund a commercial transaction out in Philly, PA. However, I am licensed to conduct business in FL. It doesn't seem PA has reciprocity with FL. This may be a question best suited for a Lawyer but whats the feasibility to conduct this transaction?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards,
