Right now I have been looking into starting a supplement company focusing on small batch high quality protein powders and pre work outs with a military theme but not really sure so I’m just seeing where 2020 takes me and I’ll figure it out as I go.

Instead of buying Protein Milk at the gym, I bought a tub of protein for $90 dollars and make a protein shake after a workout.

Pork and chicken are still somewhat affordable proteins. 

Currently we provide snacks and coffee, grill, and property has an outdoor shower. 

I think sleep flushes beta-amyloid and tau proteins out of your brain.

I was at Sam's Club yesterday buying supplies for a STR...luckily I escaped the call of the nasty (but delicious) snack bar pizza, ice cream and soda but it would have been great if someone was already handling meal prep for a healthy dinner.
