I'm currently a leasing professional at a luxury high rise complex in downtown Ann Arbor.

@Jon FletcherWhat the prior poster was saying is if you wanted a 90k loan On blockfi for example it will be 7.8 bitcoins.The crypto collateral you must provide is significantly higher.

Right now we're inquiring with our insurance provider to validate proper coverage, checking with our rental license if it covers uses like this, and working through what a lease would look like. 

Just to provide and absolute in this situation, we will sell this home when we move out of Midland.

---Are you talking about providing umbrellas and raincoats as alternative guest coverage in case they didn't bring their own?
