Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Not a ton of young professionals except in government roles (Carson City's largest employment option), or if they want a slower pace but are still willing to commute to Reno. 

I would be interested in connecting for the Washington team position for both purchasing agent and professional property management.

There's a mix of younger professionals drawn to the tech and education sectors, as well as retirees attracted to the area's mild climate and cultural attractions.2.

To me the biggest takeaway is that as real estate professionals, we always talk about location, location, location.

You lose all of the control and these are long term investments - but in my experience the returns match what I had on the active real estate and I am hiring professionals to manage the assets.  

Attitude and professionalism are paramount; product knowledge next, and then there's your contact/follow-up systems.Put that together, price-test against the market, and you'll have a sustainable, constantly expanding, and very profitable venture.Good luck!
