The story of the great landlord is way less common to hear than the story of the slumlord since people are more likely to complain than give praise. 

I suppose I am saying as a member of the audience, I'm left wondering about that story.But on to praise, I really enjoyed the content of the victims...ahem...appreciated the content I mean.

I probably should have mentioned this, but my partner is the RE expert, and I am only here to help praise his efforts because multiple close friends of ours have expressed interest.

That is the thinking I'm using.I got lucky that I didn't lose anything with erentpayment who I picked just based on a lot of praise from the forum.

Ill keep you posted.So, you got your first payment the week before Sep 15, you got a Fed Ex letter detailing your account on the 25th (at which time you also praised their treatment of you, even though you had at that point been apparently trying to get an account mixup clarified for two days and were so far unable to get any calls returned.).Also, if you could clear up exactly what that account "mixup" was and how you found out about it two days before you got your statement, that would certainly add to the pool of useful information people can find at this site.I know from the statements in your posts that you are interested in getting all the facts out there, and by clearing up these points that are confusing some of us, it would really help the others who are coming here looking for information about where their hard-earned money has gone.

We do our best to get rid of the bad elements, but at the end of the day, it is up to individuals to do their due diligence on ANY vendor here or elsewhere.I used a contractor that I found on one of the MAJOR review sites and there was nothing but praise about him.

I can't remember making money on something with a valuable lesson attached....usually those are the deals you loose your butt on...Praise the Lord for that.The Manager, who was ok with me buying and selling this home initially became a problem and started telling my buyers that the home was already sold, when it was NOT sold.

How about this, instead of tarring the scammer's, let's praise those scrupulous folks that we've had the pleasure to do business with!
